City Administrator Max Baker told the council that Supplement 3 with Municode (CivicPlus) will integrate the Downtown Master Plan and ordinances into an updated, searchable online code repository. Baker said the supplement will consolidate roughly 400 pages of documentation; the updated quote is $7,000, with approximately $2,000 funded by a planning grant, and the annual hosting fee was reduced after CivicPlus acquired Municode.
Councilor Don Bennett moved to approve Municode Supplement 3 and Councilor Jimmy Murray seconded; the council approved the supplement unanimously. Baker said the consolidated online resource will simplify staff, council and public access to current ordinances and plans.
