Pawnee board approves tentative 2026–2027 school calendar

Elementary Principal Kellie Ehler reported that required spring emergency drills have begun and that a districtwide tornado drill is scheduled for March. Ehler also announced a Candy Gram fundraiser: order forms will be sent Jan. 26 and will be due Feb. 6; Candy Grams are for elementary students only and cost $5 each. MS/HS Principal Tammy Hixon reviewed athletic schedules and upcoming events including the Yale Tournament (Jan. 22–24), wrestling district duals on Jan. 22 and homecoming on Jan. 30.
