Councilor Scott Green moved and Councilor Kelsey Freeman seconded approval of the invoices and payroll; Mayor Bill Aslett, Councilmembers Joe DeGloria, Kelsey Freeman, Scott Green, James Stavig, and Elizabeth Turman-Bryant voted in favor. The council also approved the minutes of the April 9, 2026 regular meeting during the same set of motions. No member recorded a dissenting vote.
