The Selectboard discussed winter plowing arrangements for Lockerby Lane and Lighthouse Point Road on Nov. 19. Vice‑Chair Pat Treckman said the town received an agreement and proof of insurance from Beaulac Excavating and that the seasonal price is $3,200.
Treckman told the board she will notify Beaulac Excavating that the Town of Isle La Motte would like them to plow the two roads for the 2025–26 season and will ask that they provide a double‑wide pass — or as wide as possible — to permit ingress and egress for trucks and emergency vehicles. The board treated the document as an agreement rather than a formal contract and will confirm final terms as needed before execution.
Road Commissioner Robin Gutierrez will coordinate logistics and notify the vendor as requested.
