The board did not authorize immediate work; members agreed to wait for clarified bids and additional cost details before deciding.
The board noted the plumbing procurement will follow the usual review process and that any work affecting meeting space availability could affect Town Meeting logistics. The plumbing bid deadline and the epoxy quote will return to a future agenda so the board can act after receiving clarified bids and any additional contractor information.
