Parents ask committee for clearer notice on Swansville Middle School sports signups

A parent introduced as Ben attended and said he was there to observe the meeting. Ben said, "I guess I'm just, here to observe what's going on, at the meeting today," and the Chair thanked him for attending and encouraged community participation. Committee members agreed to follow up with Patty and other staff to ensure announcements are distributed in time for sign-up deadlines such as July 13 for some middle-school activities.
The committee did not take formal action on a sports program but tasked staff and parent volunteers to coordinate communications.
