Yoncalla board swears in student representative; five students named Students of the Month

At its Oct. 25 meeting the Yoncalla School Board swore in Quincy Converse as the student representative and recognized five Students of the Month: Raylee Parker, Peyton Sisson, Brayden Thompson, Ryker Henningson and Malia Allen.
Chair Della Orcutt called the Yoncalla School District Board of Directors meeting to order on Oct. 25, 2025 and conducted the swearing-in of Quincy Converse as the School Board Student Representative. Family members and community attendees, including Jessica Smith and family, were recorded as present.
The board also presented Student of the Month awards to Raylee Parker, Peyton Sisson, Brayden Thompson, Ryker Henningson and Malia Allen under its Awards, Recognition and Correspondence agenda item. The recognitions were noted in the meeting record as part of the board’s regular student-focused updates.
