Maupin council schedules holiday dinner for Dec. 11, sets menu and RSVP deadline

Recorder Christine Wolfe told the council that arrangements have been made for Imperial to cater the city holiday dinner, with a menu of Tri‑Tip, chicken, rice, salad, vegetables, rolls and dessert and a no‑host bar available. Wolfe said the event will include use of the lobby and, weather permitting, an outdoor warming fire.
After discussing scheduling conflicts, the council reached consensus to hold the dinner on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Wolfe said she will send invitations asking members to RSVP by Dec. 3 or 4 and to indicate whether they plan to bring a guest.
