A motion to deny Big Springs Fire District #2's request was made by Commissioner Reichman and seconded by Commissioner Klingman and passed unanimously. The board then took the same action to deny Chappell Rural Fire District #1's request; Klingman moved, Reichman seconded, and the motion passed with all three commissioners voting aye.
