Finance staff (Ms. Ashford) told the council that 2025 payables totaled $50,437.27, 2026 payables were $2,786,813.60 and payroll totaled $630,767.55. “We have 2025 payables in the amount of $50,437.27, 2026 payables in the amount of $2,786,813.60, and payroll in the amount of $630,767.55,” Ms. Ashford reported. The council moved, seconded and approved the vouchers and payroll as presented.
