City announces cleanup dates, library closures and next meeting

The Viborg City Council announced a City Wide Cleanup scheduled for April 25–May 4, 2025; residents within city limits may drop off eligible items at dumpsters located at the corner of Park Ave and Sorensen Street. The council presented the cleanup as an opportunity for citywide disposal of certain unwanted items.
Finance Officer Brandy Skonhovd also notified the council that the Viborg City & Public Library will be closed April 18 and April 21, 2025 in observance of Easter. The council scheduled its next regular meeting for May 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Viborg City Hall.
