Assessor Bartlett repeatedly referenced the county sales study (48 sales, 30 for dry land, with prices ranging $827–$2,674 per acre) and advised no change in land values in most drought-related protests.
The board closed the hearing at 9:25 a.m.; final determinations on the assessor's recommendations will be made at the Board of Equalization’s regular meeting on July 21, 2026, at 8:35 a.m. The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
