The Londonderry Selectboard handled a series of routine motions that it approved unanimously. Actions recorded in the meeting included entering an executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(2) for real-estate negotiation, approval of the minutes for 3/16/2026, approval of payroll and accounts payable pay orders, and approval of a First, Third Class, and Outdoor Consumption liquor license for Ski Magic LLC.
The board also approved a three-year Storage Tank Agreement with Innovative Surface Solutions, accepted a $300,000 FY26 TAP/MHSMP grant for the Spring Hill culvert (with a $75,000 match), awarded a $111,836 Pingree Park tennis court contract to Advantage Tennis Inc., re-appointed committee/commission officers effective 04/01/2026, ratified George Mora as the town’s representative to the Windham Regional Commission, adopted the Local Emergency Management Plan for 2026, and approved a letter of support for the South Londonderry Library’s HUD funding application.
