Recreation Director Liam Elio reported four bids were received for the Pingree Park tennis court replacement and staff recommended awarding the work to Advantage Tennis Inc. The Selectboard approved accepting the Advantage Tennis proposal, estimated at $111,836, and authorized Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch to execute the necessary contract documents.
Board members asked whether the asphalt would be recycled; Taylor Prouty and Leanne Alexander noted contractors typically recycle and that local contractor Hunter Excavating would be used as a subcontractor on the project. The motion passed unanimously.
