The administrator also said the town has about 75 short‑term rentals per year, a number that has remained steady.
Selectboard members approved the appeals procedure with minor changes suggested during the meeting. The motion to adopt the procedure passed unanimously; the board directed staff to finalize edits discussed by the STR Working Group and the town attorney.
