Londonderry Selectboard grants three liquor permits, including license for O’Connors Corner Store

At its June 29 special meeting the Londonderry Selectboard unanimously approved a 2nd Class liquor license for Jelley Enterprise, Inc.; First, Third and ODC permits for Upper Tamarack, Inc. (Upper Pass Lodge/Red Slate); and a 2nd Class license for O’Connors Corner Store, LLC.
Selectboard member Jim Fleming moved that the board approve several liquor-related permits at the June 29 special meeting: a 2nd Class Liquor License for Jelley Enterprise, Inc.; First, Third and Outside Consumption (ODC) permits for Upper Tamarack, Inc. (Upper Pass Lodge/Red Slate); and a 2nd Class Liquor License for O’Connors Corner Store, LLC. The motion was seconded by Selectboard member Leanne Alexander and passed unanimously.
The minutes record the motion in full: "Jim Fleming moved to approve a 2nd Class Liquor License for Jelley Enterprise, Inc, a First, Third and ODC Permit for Upper Tamarack, Inc Upper Pass Lodge/Red Slate, and a Second Class Liquor License for O’Connors Corner Store, LLC seconded by Leanne Alexander. The motion passed unanimously." The board did not record further discussion or conditions attached to the approvals during this special meeting.
The approvals mean those businesses were granted the listed license types on June 29, 2026, subject to any state or town licensing requirements not specified in the meeting minutes. Chair Tom Cavanagh presided over the meeting; Town officials listed as present included Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch, Town Treasurer Tina Labeau and Town Clerk Alison Marino.
