The Rogue River Planning Commission reviewed the city’s Planned Unit Development (PUD) criteria on July 22, and RVCOG Planner Onnie Heater told commissioners she will return with a final draft on Aug. 12. The draft will be provided to commissioners for review before any recommendation is sent to the City Council.
Commissioners discussed the criteria as part of Old Business but did not take formal action at the July 22 meeting. "Onnie will come back on August 12th with a final draft for the commissioners to review before sending the recommendation to City Council," the minutes record. The commission scheduled a follow-up workshop on Aug. 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to consider the proposed revisions.
