Carroll described how new data systems enable longitudinal tracking of student cohorts, allowing targeted interventions when students show regressive trends. She outlined high-dosage middle-school math support (small-group sessions with a math specialist and a teacher, often 6 students per adult) and said those programs are being monitored for effectiveness. The report also noted a 97% on-time graduation rate and an effort to add personal-finance and higher-education/career-path credits to meet Senate Bill 3 requirements for the class of 2027 and beyond.
