HR Consultant Michelle Stubkjaer noted the State's Attorney position is outside the county pay plan, which allows for a different pay increase. The commission reviewed two HR support-level budget options: Support Level 2 (12 hours per week) with an annual appropriation of $81,000 and Support Level 1 (9 hours per week) at $67,200; the current appropriation is $74,100.
