Township to form committee to review North Pleasantview master plan; Park Board member named

The board reviewed the latest draft of the North Pleasantview Master Plan and discussed committee membership and next steps.
Samantha Cronrath said she is forming a Master Plan Committee and that Philip Johnson agreed to serve as the Park and Recreation Board representative. Ms. Cronrath said the committee will include herself, Mr. Hoiser, a commissioner, and some residents; she emphasized the document under review is a proposal that will be shared with the Board of Commissioners at their next meeting.
Thomas C. Troutman urged that committee membership include people knowledgeable about the township and suggested representatives from nearby developments and clubs; Ms. Cronrath said she will discuss membership with the Township Manager and incorporate appropriate residents.
The board did not take formal action on the plan at this meeting; staff will coordinate committee membership and forward the plan to the Board of Commissioners.
