The annexation motion passed 6-0 (one member momentarily absent during voting) and the zoning motion passed 6-0 as well. Staff noted that the 5-acre parcel in one area remains in unincorporated Douglas County until further action and that any future development will be subject to standard zoning and land‑use review.
