"They're hauling some creek rock... it's causing people to bottom out," the superintendent said. Commissioners discussed options including back-dragging, blading to remove high spots and running a rotor to create a firm base; staff agreed to inspect the site and schedule work if needed. The court also discussed equipment availability, truck repairs and turnaround/access constraints on rural roads.
No formal vote was required; the superintendent said crews will assess and return with a plan for corrective maintenance.
