The Caribou County Board approved a slate of administrative contracts, leases and transfers during its July 13 session. Clerk Jill Stoor presented the Computer Arts/Harris agreement for fiscal 2027 (a noted 10 percent increase) and a five‑year Quadient postage lease at $203.27 per month; both were approved. The board also authorized Tenex software maintenance for ePoll books at $2,500 per year and approved pass‑through funding agreements from the Idaho Department of Juvenile Correction (including $30,800 for JCA & cigarette/tobacco funds and agreements for CBAS and SUDS services).
Jill Stoor recorded the transfer of Caribou County Liquor License #11 to Third Times A Charm, LLC and asked the board to approve the transfer, which it did. The board approved a consignment agreement with Prime Time Auctions to sell county surplus, authorized two exterior man doors for the weed shop ($4,977), and approved adding Phase 3 of Barley Meadows Subdivision as a private road. Commissioners also approved the claims report ($805,580.98) and payroll claims ($653,847.50). An executive session convened under I.C. 74‑206(b) at 12:15 p.m. and ended at 1:14 p.m. with no decisions recorded in the minutes.
Clerk Stoor provided the contract and cost figures for the items she presented: the Quadient lease at "$203.27 per month," Tenex at "$2,500 per year," and the JCA pass‑through total of "$30,800" for FY2027, all of which the board approved.
