With little movement on substance, parties discussed caucusing and scheduling. The district suggested possible session times (Thursday 4–5:30 p.m. or Friday 2–4 p.m.) and both sides agreed to coordinate availability by email rather than continue an unproductive hour of repetitive discussion.
