City manager and staff described how some items will be executed (task forces, planning commission coordination, master‑plan and funding work). The commission voted to adopt the goals as the city’s two‑year work plan. "Number 1, amplify a more positive external and internal customer experience," staff read into the record when presenting the finalized goals.
