Seneca council approves minutes and payments, then enters executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i)

At the July 8, 2025 meeting the Seneca City Council approved minutes from June 10 and June 26 (motion by Councilor Barb Northington, seconded by Councilor Matt Wenick) and had the June 2025 financial report presented by City Recorder Deborah Oatman. Council then moved to approve payment of bills (motion by Councilor Barb Northington, seconded by Councilor Judge White); the minutes state the motion passed unanimously.
Mayor Andrea Officer announced the council would enter executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) to evaluate the performance of the chief executive officer and staff. Regular session adjourned prior to the executive session; the minutes record the meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 PM.
