Seneca council denies request to lower temporary contractor water rate

City Manager and Recorder Raamin Burrell told the council a Tidewater Contracting representative had asked to buy water for the company's project on 17 Road at a reduced price. According to Burrell, the contractor "would rather pay $5.00 per gallon instead of the $10.00 per gallon as was set earlier in the year."
