Commissioners discussed whether restricted WAP funds could be used to hire a search firm to identify candidates and compared the town's pay package with neighboring communities. Staff (Jason) has participated in interviews and will continue to help screen candidates. The commission agreed to continue recruitment and requested additional outreach and clarification on allowable use of restricted funds.
