During the Sept. 9 public input period resident J. Elshere asked about the road exiting the trailer court on Grandview; President Jamie Dolen said he has some solutions. D. Ries told the board the community center scrubber is broken and is taking up space; the board will look into disposal and replace mop heads from Menards as needed.
Under Other Business the board noted that the city park has not been mowed since summer maintenance employee E. Heuer resigned and thanked volunteers who have been mowing until someone is hired. The board did not set a hiring date at the meeting but approved adding “Mowing” to Other on the agenda and encouraged volunteer assistance in the interim.
