The ordinance language printed in the minutes reads in part: “ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN EXTENSIONS, ADDITIONS, BETTERMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTING PUBLIC SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF NUTTER FORT AND THE FINANCING OF THE COST THEREOF…” The notice for the public hearing preceding the vote refers to the item as Ordinance 2024-09, while the passage line in the minutes references Ordinance 2024-07; the minutes do not resolve that numbering discrepancy.
