The Osage City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda on March 10, 2026, including Resolution No. 1150 permitting controlled burns in the city from March 11 through May 31, 2026, and the appointment of Jacob Wade to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.
City Manager Katie Hodge asked the council to add the appointment to the consent agenda, saying she "requested a new agenda item, an addition to the Consent Agenda, approval of Jacob Wade to join the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board." Council Member Cathryn Houghton moved and Council Member Kathy Ayers seconded the consent agenda; the motion was declared carried (8-0). The record shows the council also approved the Feb. 24, 2026 meeting minutes as part of the consent agenda.
