Heritage Pines board adopts meeting schedule and mutual-aid agreement

At its April 15 meeting the Heritage Pines CDD adopted two routine resolutions. Resolution 2025-04 designates dates, times and locations for regular Board meetings in fiscal year 2025/2026; Resolution 2025-05 approves an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented both resolutions. District Manager Chuck Adams explained the mutual-aid agreement had updates and that the district is more likely to be a recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid. Both resolutions were adopted unanimously: 2025-04 on a motion by Stephen Putman seconded by Michael Walsh, and 2025-05 on a motion by Michael Walsh seconded by Carol Vaughan, each recorded "with all in favor."
