ESF contract begins cleanup at NWRA 33; engineer to re-inspect disputed tree

Supervisor Kathleen Lonergan raised a separate but related item: a resident-reported partially dead oak previously identified as behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. Mr. Heath’s initial inspection concluded the oak is on a neighboring private lot (behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive) and not within any CDD easement; Heath agreed to re-inspect the site to confirm ownership and condition.
The board discussed tree conditions in the dry-retention area and noted the importance of photos for the engineer’s evaluation. No formal assessment of responsibility or cost allocation was decided at the meeting; the engineer’s follow-up inspection will guide any next steps or repairs.
