District Manager Chuck Adams presented Resolution 2025‑02, explaining that columns showing "Actual" versus "Adopted Budget" and proposed increases were added to the budget presentation and that the "Operations and maintenance - Contingencies" line item was increased by $20,000 to cover potential additional journal entries; funds not used will remain in the surplus fund balance.
Ms. Lonergan said the district would receive a refund of $1,298 from the Tax Collector’s Office related to the difference between the actual and amended budget. The board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 on a motion by Mr. Walsh, seconded by Mr. Putman, recorded as approved "with all in favor."
