Heritage Pines board elects officers, removes prior assistant secretary

At the Dec. 10 Heritage Pines Community Development District meeting, the board adopted Resolution 2025‑01 to elect officers and update the roster. Michael Walsh nominated Kathleen Lonergan for Chair and Arthur Rhodes for Vice Chair; the nominations also placed Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries. The resolution removed Janice Benedetti from the list of board officers and left prior administrative appointments — including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Chuck Adams as Assistant Secretary — unchanged.
The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mr. Walsh, seconded by Ms. Vaughan, and carried "with all in favor." The resolution was recorded as adopted and will take effect as provided in the document presented by Mr. Adams.
