Two Haverhill code cases closed after respondents complied before hearing

Because staff confirmed compliance, the Special Magistrate took no further action and those matters will not move forward to a Fine Assessment hearing. The case records show compliance was achieved prior to the hearing, avoiding assessed fines or administrative enforcement steps.
