Osage City swears in newly elected and re-elected council members; mayor honors outgoing members

Mayor Brian Stromgren opened the special called meeting and led a brief presentation honoring outgoing council members Jeannette Swarts and Shirley Bausman.
The council recessed to sine die before the installation and reconvened to complete the oath administration and organizational housekeeping. The meeting record contains inconsistent ward numbering for Ryan Trego and Joe Ryan (the minutes show the two ward assignments in two different places); that discrepancy is noted in the official minutes and should be clarified in the permanent record.
