Shawn Pickens, Director of Parks & Recreation, presented a draft three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Frankfort/Franklin County Youth Sports Association (FFYSA) and the Board requested the MOA be placed on the June 22, 2026 Regular Meeting agenda for formal consideration. No substantive MOA terms were recorded in the work-session minutes beyond the term length and staff recommendation to advance the item to the regular meeting.
The Board took no final action at the work session and asked staff to include the MOA on the upcoming agenda so the public and Board members may review final contract language prior to action.
