Frankfort/Franklin County E911 received Board approval to upgrade TELEX radio consoles (including new Windows 11 PCs) at a cost of $84,315.00; staff said the upgrade is necessary to maintain manufacturer support (C-Soft v8) and NG911 cybersecurity alignment. Each motion passed by unanimous vote (5-0).
