Commission approves June minutes and reviews administrative lot-line revisions

Commissioner Heidi D. Lyall moved to approve the June 2 minutes; Commissioner Susan M. Branscome seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The Commission then reviewed three subdivision plats showing adjoining owner/lot-line revisions that County Planner Lisa Shelton had administratively approved for Cripple Creek Ag Solutions, LLC/Loretta Vaughn (Speedwell); Ervin & Sandra Brockman/James & Melissa Story (West Wytheville); and Patsy Watson/Scout Reynolds & Jackson McManus (Fort Chiswell).
The plats were presented as routine administrative approvals and no Commission motion altering those staff approvals was recorded in the minutes.
