The board approved two contracting actions to support county IT and GIS systems.
County attorney Steve Olson presented an independent contractor agreement and task order for Cultivate Geospatial Solutions LLC to perform GIS database optimization and enterprise upgrades per an earlier RFP; the task order was described as not to exceed $155,500. Commissioners approved the agreement and task order unanimously.
Olson also presented a task order to move CRI Advantage Inc. to the county's standard contractual language and continue on-call IT support. The revised arrangements establish quarterly hours and a not-to-exceed support amount cited as $65,102.40, a reduction from the prior total. Commissioners voted to approve both items.
Staff said the GIS and IT projects will follow the scope in the RFP and task orders; finance and IT staff will proceed under the adopted contracts.
