County Highway staff reported the Whispering Woods Subdivision has completed a six-year maintenance period and meets the approved street-plan standards for roadway and drainage.
Kyle Wagner said the additions involved Whispering Woods Drive, Whispering Woods Trail and Keystone Court on the east side of County Road 14 north of County Road 16; commissioners moved, seconded and approved final acceptance during the July 27 meeting.
The acceptance transfers maintenance responsibility as described in the subdivision approval documents and allows the county to recognize the streets as meeting county standards.
