Donna Stone, chair of the Master Plan Update Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2026. The committee’s roll call listed Paul Dulac, Jon Gibson, Kim Kapteyn, Martha Robertson, Nick Cashorali, Julius Peel, Jon Piatt and Elizabeth Duval as present; Andrew Comar was also present.
The committee discussed and said it was pleased to have Donna Stone returning as chair as it begins the chapter-by-chapter update process for the master plan. The meeting record notes that members reviewed the update and editing process for chapters covering 2015–2025 and then broke into working groups to begin chapter work.
