Engineer Ryan Holcomb reported that Phase IV sewer line work is complete and that the contractor has approximately two weeks of concrete and sidewalk work remaining before paving will follow. Holcomb said staff will present a change order at the next council meeting to cover concrete steps, stored materials and quantity adjustments.
Council received the construction update as informational; no vote or funding action on the change order occurred at this meeting. Holcomb also said Phase V sewer work is currently on hold and that the town expects forthcoming pay applications and closeout work for Phase I AMD.
