Mr. White, a town staff member, told the board that several commercial projects are moving quickly. He said a new Circle K building down the street is nearing completion and "should be opening up around end of April," and described a Murphy's Oil modular installation near Target that was put in place in a matter of days.
Mr. White said building-plan reviews for a proposed Costco are underway and that the applicant is working through site-amendment details, including parking adjustments. He also listed multiple new sushi businesses and other retail changes coming to the area and noted that many modern commercial buildings already meet several of the new wildfire-related structural requirements.
