Developer says traffic and parking studies show no substantial impact for proposed Meadows Medical site

At the Feb. 12 meeting, the applicant's representative described the technical work intended to address neighborhood concerns about traffic and parking for the proposed Meadows Medical development. "We completed a third-party traffic study which concluded that the proposed development at the studied intersections would operate consistent with current conditions," Colin Tedesco told commissioners, and he said a separate parking study found the combined existing and added parking would meet peak demand.
Tedesco also said the applicant revised the project after outreach with neighbors—reducing a previously proposed 60-foot, four‑story building to a 50‑foot maximum and increasing setbacks to 20–30 feet along certain edges. Planning staff acknowledged the studies during the staff presentation and recommended the commission forward a recommendation for approval to Town Council. The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Meadows Medical PDP.
