Pleasant Grove City Council adopted Resolution 2026-01 on Jan. 6 to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule. Recreation Director Megan Zollinger described corrections and adjustments, including correcting non-resident pricing to a 25% upcharge, removing Halloween event charges, adding fees for adaptive programming, and adjusting pool and rental rates to reflect increased costs.
City Attorney Christine Petersen told the Council the $265 sewer connection fee was not a new charge but was added to the schedule for consistency and transparency. "It is not a new or increased fee, but it was not previously included in the schedule and was added to ensure consistency and transparency," Petersen said. The public hearing drew no comments and the resolution was adopted unanimously.
