Pleasant Grove adopts updated Stormwater Management Plan to meet audit recommendations

Pleasant Grove City Council voted to adopt Ordinance 2026-01 on Jan. 6, updating the City’s Stormwater Management Plan to address findings from the 2024 stormwater audit. Stormwater Operator Baylor Hatch told the Council the plan requires annual review and the proposed updates include new standard operating procedures and map updates.
The public hearing was opened and closed with no public comment, and the Council approved the ordinance unanimously. "The Stormwater Management Plan must be reviewed yearly and these updates respond to audit recommendations," Hatch said during his presentation.
