Pleasant Grove council approves market-based pay adjustments for appointed positions, cites transparency

The council held a public hearing with no public comments and then approved Ordinance 2026-007 (amending the compensation schedule) and Ordinance 2026-008 (enacting specified increases between three and seven percent) by unanimous vote (Council Members LeMone, Rogers, and Phillips). The ordinances were presented as necessary follow-up to the market study; Darrington said that details are available for GRAMA requests and that the full analysis will be provided to the council.
