Council adopts amendments to fencing standards to clarify screening and measurement

The Planning Commission reviewed the amendment and recommended approval.
Mayor Eric Jensen opened the public hearing and no members of the public commented. After brief council discussion, Council Member Phillips moved to approve Ordinance 2026‑014; Council Member Rogers seconded and the motion carried unanimously with Council Members Rogers, Phillips, and LeMone voting yes.
